Dealing with uncomfortable sensations associated with weight gain

I was curious if anyone had any thoughts or advice for someone to deal with uncomfortable sensations associated with gaining weight and getting fat. I know for me one of the problems that definitely impacts me being able to get fat is that eating fattening foods and/or a lot of food can definitely cause some physical discomfort. Has anyone found a way, whether mentally or physical, to deal with the negative side effects of intentionally gaining weight, especially early on? And does it eventually get way easier and more physically comfortable, at least in the middle stages of gaining? (Obviously it'll probably get uncomfortable physically again once you start to get to the extreme end of the scale).

Is it because of what you are eating or how much you are eating?

I mean, it can vary. If I eat healthier foods, I can get uncomfortably full and it stays that way for a while (and I don't want to eat again for quite a while which offsets any of the extra calories). When I eat more unhealthy foods, sometimes I'll get what I assume is a sugar rush (a bit lightheaded and an almost excited tingling sensation in my head) which isn't so bad and honestly kind of enjoyable. But, when I eat too much junk food at once or eat it too regularly, it can start to get the sensation of consistent acid reflux and/or it being a bit more difficult to breathe. It can also make it so make it so that my stomach feels a bit queasy and it makes it so that I don't want to eat for a while because I feel a bit queasy.

There is an easy fix.

Don't eat too much junk food, and pace yourself.

I definitely agree with Munchies,go with a variety of food (aka not an all junk food regimen) and pace yourself vs fast gains.
